Dealer would have set the adjustable height to achieve the correct measurement at the top of the ball, when the shank is installed it the truck.
If the pictures don`t agree with what you have seen, could be the hitch was on a different truck ( 3/4 ton , 4X4,) any number of things could be different.
What is the height to the top of the ball with the truck on level ground ?
I think 17 1/2 inches is the height most aim for. Varies a little by manufacturer.

If on level ground, your set up places your camper nose high at all, the dealer screwed up.

It your camper rides level to slightly nose down, you're good.

Here's how to set it up if you start over:

With the camper level, measure to the top of the coupler inside where the ball goes. Use the holes in the shank to place the top of the ball at or just slightly below that measurement. This will put your camper level or slightly nose down. You will have to choose between a set of holes. So, go for level or slightly below.

If you have to flip the shank over to achieve this, you are just fine. This would mean your tow vehicle's hitch is very low. My guess would be that it is below the bumper for the shank to have to be flipped.

I switched tow vehicles from a Ford F 150 to a Yukon XL 3/4 ton. That Yukon's hitch was 24 inches off the ground in the middle of the bumper skin. I had to buy a severe drop hitch for the EQ to line up level with the TT. It didn't help that the coupler was the style that mounted below the A frame. I sold the camper to a guy with a Dodge 3/4 ton PU. He was able to go back to the original drop shank.

The way that trailer was set up, the ball coupler height was actually below the top of the trailer A frame.

If you don't like the flipped shank or it interferes with a tailgate or something, check your coupler on the trailer. You may be able to swap it out for a model that goes under or towards the bottom of the trailer A frame.
