Ford 20" wheels for towing

Hi everyone I am ordering a new 2015 F350 SRW and i optioned for the 20" wheels. I was wondering if anyone has an opinion on these tires vs the stock 18" for towing?

Thanks for your time

Some 20" tires, such as my OEM Michellins on my F250 have a higher weight capacity. I believe up to 3750Lbs.

Think about when it comes time to replacing the tires. 20" can be quite expensive compared to 18"

The 18" tires would be preferable. They have more rubber between the rims and the road.

I've had nothing but problems on my automobiles' low profile tires--with chuckhole caused blowouts and faster wearing than older style tires.

I switched to 18 from 17 due to 20% more capacity and 20$ per tire more. The 20s are capable but cost and lower profile are a problem for me.

Check the tire used as I dont think is a low profile tire. I think it's the same as the tire on the F450.
