Good luck!

I don't consider any single rear wheel truck a beast. And those 14k lb. rigs need duallies. Now a F450 or F550 is a beast.

You are entitled to your opinion, sir, but Ford upped the ante with this truck. Check the specs, its an animal - it will haul what Chevy's dually will right now. It has 440hp and 925 ft/pds of torque. It'payload is over 4400 pounds, and it is rated by Ford for 21,000 lbs fifth wheel hauling (which is ridiculous, i admit). By all calculations it will comfortably haul 18,000 lbs. I plan to haul about 15 - 15,500, i'll be just fine. And when empty, it rides closer to an Expedition than a box truck. I couldn't be happier with this beast!

I consider my 2017 Super Duty SRW to be a beast! It will out haul and out tow my former Dodge dually... lots of power and very comfortable/ quiet.

There is no need for a DRW on a 14k trailer. 1 ton SRW is well within Spec RAWR on a trailer on that weight - heck, mine is on our 16k GVWR trailer...
