I just traded my 05 Ex with 144k miles and RAS in on my 12 f250... had rancho 9000xl shocks for their towing adjustability.
loved that truck and a bud just sent me a link showing the dealer sold it and it's listed by a houston dealer on ebay !
A good load leveling ProPride hitch was all I needed to pull a 38' open range TT, but momma REALLY wanted a 5th wheel she saw...
Tried to talk her out of it with:
"We have just as much room as in that 5th wheel"
"But that nice hitch makes it handle perfectly",
etc... etc... and the rest is history
wasted my breath just like the $2500 on the 14k propride sitting in the garage
you might get some good traction over at ford-trucks.com as far as suspension particulars for the Ex itself, not so much as rv duties like here, but more along the lines of the Ex.... good luck !
