Ford F-150 verses Tesla tug of war...again. Same results.

Start the video at 4.01 to skip the blah blah.

These tug of wars are pretty much crap anyway. Just dumb crap that millenials do.

Tug of wars are nothing but tire traction competitions. They are an absolutely useless measure of how well a vehicle can perform.

They are kinda fun to watch sometimes though.

Tug of wars tells you which vehicle has the most traction. Driving solo on icy and snowy roads this is important. Not so much for towing or engine strength.

No doubt, if I had to drive a vehicle on icy/snowy roads I would pick the Cybertruck, Toureg or Honda Ridgeline.

I had the original AWD Ridgline. I could not spin the wheels but that vehicle was great on snow/ice.

Quite often it tells you which is the heavier vehicle. Add 1500lbs in the F150 (or any other truck), set the transfer case to 4WD Lo and repeat the test.

Ok. So that includes all other pickups with standard length 6.5 foot boxes though. The only difference is they don’t have four lockable exterior storage areas not to mention a lockable box with an electtic tonneau cover.

Actually the F150!in the video is only a 5.5 foot box. Soooooo totally useless then???

What about the sides? How are you going to put a couple yards of gravel or dirt in that? That tesla is 100% useless as a pickup. Try loading some quikrete in the trunk of that thing. Itll be hilarious when some millenial goes to toss a bag of top soil over the side then it lands on them when it doesnt clear the body. Wait, that would involve a millenial leaving their parents basement.

Quite possibly as long as it has the HP/torque to match the other vehicle in its low range and factoring in that an axle doesn't snap off at some point.

These "tests" are totally useless anyway. One driiver starts spinning and the other gets the advantage if they're not equally as stupid.

On the other point, yes, 5.5' beds are stupid...for me anyway. May as well get a station wagon. 6' and 6.5' beds are not much better either in my book. I sometimes wish I had a 9' bed vs the 8' one I have.

No. We are pointing out that there is no "win" because the competition isn't able to measure anything useful to towing or driving.
