Question front hitch

I'v seen front hitches that mounted to the tow hooks on the front of trucks
now I can't find them anyone know what site I'm looking for

I remember seeing a ball-mount that replaced one eye hook (cannot find it now), is that what you mean?

I think it looked something like this:

only the holes were at 90degrees to the casting so it could just replace the tow hook. A direct bolt-on casting.

Sorry, I'm fixated on this ball mount hunt. Here is another that looks like it can be adapted by drilling bolt holes in the 1.5" sq shaft. http://www.curtmfg.com/index.cfm?eve...&categoryid=47

If you are putting it on a Ford Super Duty, Kurt hitches makes one that mounts to tow hooks and one that mounts under the bumper. I have the one under the bumper and use it to haul my Yamaha 250 motorcycle.
