Does anyone have the cargo management system under a Pace Edwards Tonneau cover?

I know they can be installed over it, I would like to know if anyone has this setup and if it is living up to their expectations or if it is a waste of money.

I will be buying a 2500HD in 2010 and will be installing the PE Tonneau cover over the pickup bed. I intend to tow a 5th wheel with the main box across the front and maybe the 2 side boxes over the wheel wells. Will this setup work under the PE cover?

Thanks in advance

Never mind, I contacted Pace Edwards, and despite being able to fit on a box with the Cargo Management System, PE has told me that with the exception of the Cargo Divider, most of the attachments will not fit under when the tonneau is closed. Bottom Line is forget the CMS.
