Got That Hitch Ordered... e-trailer Great Job!

I have always purchased my hitches, wiring, controllers through a local S&B merchant here but after checking prices on line, decided to save a few bucks and go that route.

Actually Amazon.com gave me the best price only by a few bucks on a new 20k Reese. But the folks over at e-trailer were so helpful, I decided to give them the business, AND come to find out they will price match Amazon as long as it is new, in stock item. PLUS it is 110% pricematch guarantee so
I should come out ahead.

Just sent them the Amazon link for verification.

Figured since they are a sponsor & gave such great service so far then they got my business. Thanks Cole!!!

I've ordered several items from etrailer.com over the years, and they've always come through with flying colors.

Very recently ordered a couple of items from etrailer.com in setting up our 05 Odyssey for towing ...didn't realize they were a sponsor here! They were very fast in delivery ...especially when compared to another place I ordered a couple of other items from.

New hitch fit perfect in previous Reese rails. Pulled the new 18k 5r almost 1000 miles so far and works like a champ.

I bought my 5er hitch from them. It arrived with shipping damage. They got a replacement to me in record time.

I've been advising people to do just what you did for years. Find the best price on the web, order from etrailer, and send link/request refund. You get the best price on the web minus 110% of the difference. I got my Reese Elite 18k for around $850 last year this way. Can't beat it...

I live 15 miles from Etrailer.com and they are super great people in person too. I buy stuff from them all the time. If you live local they will install everything for free too so long as you leave the vehicle with them all day and let them video the install to use on their website or Youtube.
