You don't really "install" a 5er hitch in an F-350 that has the 5er/gooseneck prep kit - provided you buy a hitch made to plug into the prep kit. You simply plug the hitch into the holes in the bed.
"Install" applies to the prep kit, but Ford has already installed it for you. So your install is complete, and you just have to plug in the hitch.
Reese Elite 18k slider is the slider hitch that Ford intended to plug into the prep kit. Here's one:
Reese Elite Series Pre-Assembled 18K 5th Wheel Hitch With Slider 30144
B&W and Pullrite both make excellent non-sliding 5er hitches that will mount in the Ford prep kit, but neither one offers a slider that will plug into the OEM prep kit.
