Installing trailer brake controller on 94 Pace Arrow with GM chassis

I have a 94 Pace Arrow J37, and want to install my Reese brake controller. The coach has the round plug already installed, and all the lights work when hooked up to my tow dolly with electric brakes. I was looking under the dash for some connector that I could hook up to. On the brake pedal switch, it looks like 2 switches each having plugs for 2 harnesses. One of the switches only has 1 harness pluged in, with the other one open. I checked with a test light on the open plug to see if I had power when pushing the brake pedal, but no luck. I imagine there is a wire that goes back to the plug on the end of the coach under the dash somewhere. Any idea what to look for or to test which wire it might be.

are you looking for 12v hot?, keyed? brake light?

It would help if you mentioned which wire you are having trouble with...."hooking up a brake controller" is pretty general.

Looking for the brake light wire that is already wired in to the plug on the rear of the coach. If I can't find it, I will have to run a separate wire from the brake switch to the controller,to the plug. Not that big of a deal, but there is a wire already there, I would like to use that. I don't see any splices coming off any of the wires from the brake light switch.

Use a test light...probe wires at switch while pressing brake....
one or two will have power with brake pushed, and no power with it released...viola.
