Working trucks are not lifted. Lifted trucks to me are sissy's for looking good on city streets or for rough terrain.
Major height problems for full height trailer models. Major stibility problems with hitch to hi. Plus causes major drag and fuel mileage issues.

I agree about the drag, but I disagree about the fuel economy. I do think when you start running tires bigger than 35s, it will greatly diminish. I get 18-19 mpg. That's calculated from mileage vs gallons at the pump. My truck is an '06 3/4 ton MegaCab with a 6" lift running 34s. I don't tow 15-20k lb trailers with it, but I do tow a two-car hauler flatbed loaded with toys that'll get the trailer loaded up over 10k.
