Go to Banks Power. They have anything you need. I installed the banks 6 gun setup on my 2006 GM and it HP by 120 HP and 180 FTlbs of torque. Included new intake, 5" exhaust, new intercooler and programer that you can set to your own specs, also complete readouts on evrything. It is also CA legal and vehicle will pass smog test

Only 2 programer are developed while actual live testing. Hypertech uses modern Diesels in stock form as they are bought from the dealer.
Banks also program and do an actual test on the stock truck and like Hypertech is all States approved on stock trucks.
But Banks also make the majority of it's profit on programed modified vehicles. As they sell exhausts, tramission and engine cooling kits.
For my money I bet on the Hypertech product as they used a similar setup that I owned and the power curves suited my needs. No one else does and tested a similar truck as mine and proved to me that damage will not occur.
In 8 years of satisfaction and use are enough for me to be confident with my choice.

Great info guys, thanks. Hypertech is on it's way and 4" exhaust and upgraded tranny cooler are ordered as well. Now just crossing my fingers the parts all arrive in time to get them installed before I leave for our next trip on Aug. 30th....

We discussed as an option but for now Im going to leave it to spend less on parts. If we did do it, we weld 3 bolt flanges on it so it bolts into place and can be added back every 2 years for smog. Ive done this in the past and works great but with a diesel I am paranoid that some CHP decides to stick his nose under there one day and write me a huge fine. I think with these other mods and no muffler we should have good airflow without messing with the cat
