New hitch

Hello:

I'm needing advice on a new hitch for my 5th wheel. I have a 2014 Ford F350 long bed but not a dually. I'm towing a 35 foot Excel triple slide. The truck came with a BW gooseneck set up. I'm looking at the BW companion hitch that will fit into the set up already.

My question is do I look at the Companion BW slider hitch or the standard Companion hitch?

I think you go with the standard. There is no reason to use a slider on a long bed pickup.

An F-350 SRW with an 8' bed doesn't need a sliding hitch to tow any 5er.
