They're out there. Got a buddy with one like that. His has a sliding glass door on the passenger side. That one might have one too. Hopefully this guy is just doing what he's gotta do to get it moved somewhere close by and quick. I've done some things that most would consider a bad idea, but I certainly didn't have my wife and kids and grandson with me. And I've gone slow and took it real easy, and carried an extra fruit of the loom or two. So as long as we take it for what it is and understand that maybe the guy is in a bind and hes just gotta get it moved and knows it aint the best , then were ok. I wouldn't get upset if one of ya'll got a pic of me doing something crazy. heck, i'd share a few if I could find them. Just this last Saturday I used my 4x4 3500 ctd to clear some brush and small trees in a place where we're going to replace a fence that is way beyond it's time. Probably not something most would do but it sure was easy and quick. Didn't even need to use the grandma gear and I got nut just the bush and trees but all the roots too. In fact we have a couple more we want to thin out. The sound of the roots ripping and breaking is really kind of a teeth gnashing thing. Maybe I'll remember to get a video to share. Most of them are done just a little off idle. That thing is a beast.

LOL.. I should get a pic of my neighbor.. he hauls a 35 foot camper with a GVW of 10k with a jeep wrangler... He only pulls it about 5 miles to a spot on the river 1x a year, then back home for winter, but I cringe every time. I have offered many times to deliver it for him, but "he's got it".

Hopefully this dude only needs to tow this trailer a mile or two on back roads. I would tow a park model trailer with a 1/2 ton truck is only a few hundred yards on a back road. I am kinda in this situation as I want a bigger trailer that I will store in my friends back yard 3/8 of a mile away.

All he needs is a hitch-helper and he'll be good to go.

The OP picture looks like it was taken at a freeway rest area but I've been wrong before. That rig traveling at freeway speeds should frighten us all.
