NuWa (Hitchhiker) 5th wheel owners with the "older"� style Young's hitch pin box

Demco the manufacture of the Glide-Ride that is used on the "newer"� NuWa (Hitchhiker) products is now making a Glide-Ride to retrofit into the "older style.

This type hitch pin box is easily identified as being made of a 8x8 piece of square steel tube cut at a 45* angle and is non-telescoping. The mounting bolts are 10" apart on the horizontal plane and 3" apart on the vertical.

I received mine about a month ago the installation/bolt hole line up was picture perfect. After installation I pulled the 5th wheel around town for about 20 miles and the before/after differences were obvious. When I leave for AZ about the 1st of the year will be the real test.

The Demo site has a very good demonstration video as to how it works. They also make other models to fit other brands/styles of hitch pin box.
