Congrats and I agree with the other posts, the Diesel is a hard act to follow.

It's good to see someone benefit from the suggestions and experience of others like this. I too thought you had already made your mind up for the gaser.

When I see so many with the same advice, I stop in my tracks and ask "what am I missing" that makes me think differently.

I also think you made the right choice--and besides, you would have spent half of the savings on the Procharger, right?

Diesels rock!

Out with the old and in with the new! Still have to figure out the service intervals and DEF fluid thing after having a 6.0 for over 4 years..... I'm really happy with it so far..... Hit 390 miles today,.... It pulls my tool trailer great.... Still have to install my 5th wheel hitch but I was able to get that out of the old truck today..... The lie-o-meter says I'm averaging 15.9mpg which includes some trailering, some stop and go,.... An hour or so of idling and some 80mph on the highway.....

I was at 80 climbing a hill on the highway...... Stomped if for a bit and it pULLEd!!

Awesome truck,...... Got the 3.73 rear in it.

You may want to read read the manual..........I'm betting it suggests not to let it idle for long periods.

Oh,.... Not all at once,... It has a pretty cool meter/timing log in the instrument cluster,..... Maybe at most it would have been 10 mins or so,..... I was pairing my Bluetooth on my iPhone and messing with the MyFordTouch features
