Rapid interior heater 2015 f250 Ford Diesel

How difficult is it to install this to truck and or how much would it cost labor wise?

Since it's a Ford option available only on new trucks, I suggest you ask a dealer. Since it requires an extra heavy duty alternator or dual alternators I don't think they're giving it away.
