Reese Pro Series with Sway Control
Does anyone have any experience with a Reese Pro Series with Sway Control 1000 lb hitch. Getting a new TT and wondering if this is a good system or not.

check out Equalizer Hitch as well but make sure you get one rated for your TT weight.

I have a 30 foot coachman, and use a Ford explorer with no problems. I was only using the fiction sway control until with minor sway in cross wind and passing big rigs. I just installed the dual cam sway system. It has made a dramatic difference in the sway of our TT.

I had the equalizer e2 my old TT and had issues. The new TT is heaver and that e2 is only rated for a 6000 lb unit. The new one is 8250 lbs. The Reese is rated for 10000 lbs. Don't like the continuous noise of the e2, and torque adjustment of the mounts on the tongue. That's why I am looking at the Pro Series.

I had that same hitch with my previous trailer. It worked great. The trailer was a Coachmen Spirit of America 248. Unfortunately, I sold the hitch with the trailer (should not have done that  ).
I just bought a new trailer. Because the new trailer is smaller and lighter, I decided to go with the less expensive Fastway E2 hitch. I'll see how that goes.

A better hitch with sway control is the Reese Dual Cam HP or straightline.

The Pro series is the el cheapo "economy" WD hitch.
As the Ice Man suggested, pay a bit more and get the Reese Stait-Line with dual-cam sway control. They don't make a 1000 pound Strait-Line, so get the 1200 pound version. Just don't tighten the chains as tight as they will go and it will handle less than 1,000 pounds hitch weight just fine.

Good advice from all, thank you. Have mad the decision, equalizer E4. Easily removed and installed, only draw back is the noise.
