Reese Steadi-flex Weight Distributing System

I see Reese has a new weight distributing hitch with built in sway control. Basically works the same way as the equalizer. A little different in design with tapered spring bars.

Was wondering if anyone has this system and could provide some feedback on likes and dislikes.

Thank you

Greg

Only for tent trailers and not even all of those. Max tongue weight (TW) of 400 pounds, which is a max trailer gross weight of about 3,100 pounds when the trailer has the average of 13% TW.

That is not quite correct. The new Reese Steadi-Flex weight Distributing/sway control is available up to 1,400 Tongue weight and 14,000 lbs towing

You're right. I didn't do a good job of searching when I found the light-duty Steadi-Flex in my earlier post. Here's a link to the one with 1,400 pounds max TW:
Reese - Weight Distributing Kit

Similar design to an Equal-I-Zer. Reese already has an Equal-I-Zer copy called the Reese SC, so I assume the Steadi-Flex is an update of the SC design.
