Restoring Equalizer Hitch

I recently recieved a used 10,000lb Equalizer Hitch. And seems to be in perfect working shape. Just wondering what bolts I should probably check/and or replace. Should I use some sort of degreaser and clean and paint the thing? I already plan on getting the Double Spare Pin pack.

I've been using the same equalizer hitch for a long time. You can go on their website and get anything you need, or any local RV shop may carry some parts. The only problem with mine is that you have to torque the bolts on the where the bars go into the head tighter than 45 foot pounds. Those bars need to be snug, but not tight when they pivot.
