I did not see what fixed the OP's issue with his truck but his truck was a likely needing the updated actually newer level drive shaft. His was an 11 truck and it falls in the range. But that thead was started in 2011 and I don't believe the driveshaft was available until 2012. For a while some FSE's were installing air bags on some customers trucks to keep the ride height higher to eliminate the take off shudder on a loaded accel.
