My 2011 Chevy does the same thing. It is a driveline angle issue, doesn't cause any real problems, just take it easy in low gear until the speed picks up then lean into it.

I was at my Chevrolet dealer Last week and I ask the service manager about your “shudder”. He knew all about it and stated that he keeps the shims in stock to fix it with.


53 years towing experience. Largest load ever hauled on a public highway was 300,000lbs 30ft wide 70ft long and 22ft high max speed 15mph.
