Stahl surge brake question

Stuck in a pull thru and would like to be able to back up the dolly without taking the car off and unhooking the dolly. I have read about lock out keys but am in a national forest and would need to makeshift something. Thanks in advance for all responses. Jim

My Stehl Tow dolly I've used the hitch lock pin.

In the side of the hitch is a hole that the pin fits in.

In this picture, I took it out of the hole it belongs in and it's in the brake lockout hole.

I wouldn't backup a hill or in soft ground with a car on it. Doesn't look that strong.

You may be able to use a bolt or screwdriver, rather then the safety pin.
