Suspension setting

We have ordered a 2010 33SKO and would like to know what most of you have your suspension set at (bottom or middle hole)? We will also be getting a 2009 Ford F450 as a tow vehicle and would like to have as much space as possible between truck bed and bottom of trailer. The middle hole setting will give us approximately 7" clearance. The bottom hole setting should yield about 9". Is the 9" setting overkill or is the 7" setting adequate? We will be using a Pullrite 20K fifthwheel hitch. Thanks
