Make sure you get them to install steal valve stems. I had new tires installed went from 235-80-16 (80psi) to 235-85-16 (95psi) and they put on rubber valve stems. I'm having them changed to steal. Also installing TPMS so steal valve stems also required!

I suggest "Tandem Axles" just to keep "dual" terminology clear for some who do not recognise the difference.
Before you spend the money on 110 psi tires be sure the wheels are rated that high.
With 7,000 # axles the first thing to do is to identify tires that are rated for 3,500#

Actually, the first thing that should be done when shopping for replacement tires is to insure they have a load capacity equal to or greater than the Original Equipment tires. That's a well established tire industry standard.
This is a quote from a NHTSA interpretation.
"Industry standards generally form the basis for demonstrating product safety and quality before courts, regulators, retailers, consumers and others."

Easy way to take care of the problem is just switch over to 17.5" tires & rims. Once I did that it fixed all my "G" rated 16" tire problems.

Look no farther than the all steel ply commercial class Sailun S637 in a ST235/80 or 85-16 G at 4080 lbs capacity at 110 psi./ Some say these tires are coming as OEM on some new heavy RV trailers. All 8 lug 16" wheels on my equipment trailers are 110 psi rated.
The S637 have been around commercial hauling industry for 5-6 years now and very popular with heavy GN trailer owners/operators.
Having been in that type business myself I ran max pressures in all tires on trailers for best long term service (50k-70k miles). However I never over tired a trailer to the point I had to derate the tire with a minimum pressure chart. Didn't make cents or sense.
Read Tireman9 rvtiresafety blog on inner tire ply shear and proper tire pressures for tires on a trailer with close spaced axles. In fact read all his comments on tires for a trailer.

I will second the Sailun tires--had the 17.5s on my 18k fiver for 2 years (inc AK trip) before trading--looked good after over 25k miles. I also have the 737s/19.5s on my F450 and they are past the 60k mark and still going strong.
