Towing a 10x50 Spartan Carousel

Howdy folks,

Looking for options to have a 10x50' Spartan carousel transported from Beaufort, SC to Orange, VA

Trailer isn't suitable to be bumper towed at the moment

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Jesse

Welcome to iRV2.

Moving an, over width , and possibly, over length, unit is not a DIY project.
Permits , pilot cars, scales and roads where it's not allowed.

I'd contact , tow truck companies in your area, they may have a list of companies that are set up to move the unit, and call them for a quote.
A manufactured home company should be able to provide a similar list.

A mobile home moving company should be able to handle that.

The Spartan was a mobile home of the late '50s era.

Its going to be a lot cheaper to make the axle/tires and wheels road ready for the long trip...other wise a carrier will charge two legs and three arms to lo boy a 10' x 50' house trailer that far.
