HH is a great 5ver I have had two of them, now I own Cameo by Carriage.

Of course there's a lot of great knowledgeable people here that know there RV's.

I had 2003 HHII and a 2008 HH LS they weighted in the 12000 to 13000.
I did pull them with ford f250 but I decided I should get 3500 for safety.
Reason I changed to Carriage well built lot of features and most important
we found floor plan Darling Wife liked.

Were talking about the OP's truck burning up comment when towing.

The OPs 2500 and the 3500 SRW and DRW all have the same Dmax/Allison and the 11.5" AAM rear axle so he has no worries about burning his 2500 truck up pulling that size trailer.

Disagree.

The axle ratio makes a big difference in GCWR. I don't know about your Ram, but with a 2011-up PowerStroke the engines and transmissions are also identical in the four models, F-250 thru F-450. The F-250/F-350 SRW with 3.55 axle has GCWR of 23,500; F-350 DRW with 3.73 axle has 30,500, and the F-450 is identical to the F-350 DRW except for the 4.30 axle ratio which results in GCWR of 33,000 pounds. But you'll exceed the GCWR and can easily overheat the tranny with the 23,500 GCWR and gross trailer weight of 16,000 pounds. You won't have tranny overheating problems with the DRW with that same 16k trailer.

I know what we are talking about, so I gave him the 2 Nuwa sites so he could get more info to make his decision. Weight! Springs! You can pull it but what does the Dodge suggest on weight? I own 2 HH 13000lb plus but if he gets Champagne it's a lot more. My F250 could pull it and I did, but Ford figures said I shouldn't. What dies Dodge figures say.
