Towing Honda CRV 2006?

Just purchased CRV and want some guidance on best avenue to set up vehicle. I have a roadmaster tow bar already from past vehicle. Need to get hitch portion put on vehicle? (Camping world?)

What fuse do you remove to disable the odometer?
Any suggestions on wiring for lights?

I have a 2011 CRV and with the ignition in the first position, the mileage is not recorded. My dealer did the installation, he said CW is actually very good doing this type work because they do very many.

I have owned a 2006 and now a 2008 Honda CRV. I installed the tow lights with a Roadmasters light kit. I had the Roadmaster receiver installed by a local dealer who sell Roadmaster products. No need to pull any fuses. Just follow the set-up instructions in the Honda manual.

We have an 06 Honda CRV with a Blue Oz. The Honda tows easy. Just make sure you read the owners manual on how to do the transmission shifting sequence before you shut off the vehicle. Good luck.
