I will add that towing doubles is also limited to a Tow Vehicle, 5er, and then Bumper Pull Trailer. No towing triples in California. Although towing triples is allowed in Nevada, I've only seen Commercial Trucks doing it.

Would I be violating any laws, be they laws of man, physics, or other, if I were to tow the boat behind the Jeep, behind the Winnebago?
Would I be legal in YOUR state?

90 feet long is too obvious. 25' over legal.
Once in a while, I will tow an equipment trailer with a 10 yard dump truck that will put me at 68'. Just looking at my set-up is very long.
If your going to tow into California, towing 2 bumper-pull trailers is not allowed. There must be a 5er in the middle of the set-up.
