I think an issue with the Swivel Wheel trailer is that it would be considered double towing which is allowed with 5th Wheels but not travel trailers. Don't know why, but that is my understanding.

I have seen these trailers in campgrounds and maybe it is great, but I'm not sure I would want to carry my M/C (when I had one) on one of them. I'm sure I'll get flamed over this comment.

Not knowing what you are towing with, but I have seen a few times a pickup truck with one or two bikes in the bed.

The vendors web site specifically addresses the double tow question. They don't consider it a trailer since there is no swivel. And they speak to the research they have done into the various states positioning.

Ya from what I've read on their site and some view's or comment's, it's legal, no license or registration required.
Some have said they've been passed by state trooper's and no problem.
I'm looking for someone who has had some experience with this good or bad
Tow vehicle will be fine just going to rearrange some weight to compensate for rear weight vs. tounge.

RV doubles with a TT towing another trailer is allowed in many states.

Also some swivel wheel trailers work from a hitch and ball and others are pinned to the big trailer and are considered part of the big trailer. Some states say its not considered a double tow.

IMO call your state, or any state your traveling through, size and weights folks for their input.

Legality will depend on the state you're traveling in, not just your home state.
