Probably top safe speed is 40mph, maybe 35 mph. No way can that rig be safe at 70mph.

I agree, I own a 2015 2 door Rubicon and pulled my side by side which is just under the 2000 lbs limit. Not only did I not trust it over 60 mph it struggled power wise. Even if it was a 4 door it's still under powered.
