I know folks with limited resources that fulltime with 1/2 ton and trailers that most would think OMG.
But they drive slowly and safely with good hitches. And they go to some places that many can only dream of.
Careful how ya scoff or shame, eh?

just my thought, weight and all it involves is concern. but also consider ger ratio , we 3.55 in our f150, terrible on take off,we willsoon be running 3.73. fuel milage may lose alittle but well worth the low end grunt.
