I loaded my Harley and golf cart on my 16' trailer to see how they would fit. I will of course bolt a MC wheel chock to the trailer with straps for the bike and straps for the golf cart. Do you think if the golf cart and MC are in this approx. spot on the trailer the weight distribution over the axles would be OK? The trailer is not wide for either of them sideways. The bike weighs 950 pounds and the golf cart with batteries weighs 1100 pounds. I plan to pull the trailer behind the RV on occasion.

I think I would at least switch the golf cart to put the rear towards the front of the trailer, assuming that the batteries are in the back of the cart. Then I would weigh the hitch weight on the trailer to make sure I was getting 10-15% of the loaded trailer weight on the hitch. To see why this is important, take a look at this video:

The batteries are directly under the seat, so yes turning the cart around will move more weight forward. Thanks for the reply.

Yeah, back the golf car onto the trailer, with the back bumper almost touching the front of the trailer. Then put the front tire of the Hawg as far forward as you can get it beside the front tire of the golf car. Trailer tongue weight should be 300 pounds or more, so if you can lift it without straining, you need to move some weight forward on the trailer.

(Yahama calls our golf cart a golf "car". But I don't play golf, so Darling Wife uses it as her garden cart, and as her runabout to go get the mail from the mailbox about 200 yards down the driveway.)

Not sure how much of a weight distribution problem that will create with one side having more weight than the other. What I think I will end up with following your suggestion of putting the cart in tail first is the front left axle will weigh bore than the right front and the right rear axle will weigh more than the left rear. Is that a big problem?
