I picked up the trailer, loaded up the Harley and my wife, and hit the scales. I had previously weighed my truck with full tank and now passengers. It weighed:

SA: 3280
DA: 2600
GVW: 5880
I didn't weigh with DW and tools, so if you add 170 to make it same as I weighed today I'm at:
GVW:6050

The next 3 weighs are all with DW, tools, full tank, in truck. Harley in trailer.

First weigh was with WDH set on 1st link:

SA: 3220
DA: 3480
TA: 4420
GCWR: 11120

Second weigh was same as first but dropped 1link to 2nd link:

SA: 3260
DA: 3400
TA: 4460
GCWR: 11120

Third weigh was with bars off and placed in bed off truck.

SA: 3160
DA: 3560
TA: 4400
GCWR: 11120

I found the truck tows best with the Harley in it and on the 2nd link. With that set up I'm estimating the TW at 610#'s which would be 13.67% of the Trailer weight. I'm pretty happy with the way that tows. I wasn't getting the push/pull feeling. Just a little up and down bouncing when I hit dips or bumps. I'll have to re-weigh again in a few weeks when I go camping. I'm estimating the trailer weight will go another 300 to 500 #'s after I'm fully loaded. The truck may go up another 100 #'s after I add the two dogs and other items. But, at that point, I'll probably have to drop another link to the 3rd link I'm betting.
