Question Which Hitch Revised

I will provide more info as requested. I have a new RAM 3500 Long bed DRW with Factory prep pkg and a Montana Fiver with Gross about 17K pounds. I wanted the B&W RAM OEM model but Paula at B&W said it was on hold pending resolution of dimensional data provide by RAM versus the first three trucks it was tried in. It did not fit the trucks. I need to tow in about three weeks so I am looking at other options such as the Reese Picture Frame rail with ISR hitches in 20-25K range. I looked at a curt Q20 and it does not allow much side to side tilting and no front to back tilting. I looked a a Reese 30081 20K and was concerned about the legs strength/stability. I plan to look at Pullrite ISR tomorrow. I am not familiar with ISR hitches and wonder if rail to hitch interface is strong and will it rattle? If anyone is using the REESE Rail with any hitch I would like to hear froom you and what your setup is. Also anyone else that has a recommendation would be appreciated.

Using the puck system to the rail adapter is pretty much your only choice, as you've found so far.
Any hitch sitting in rails can rattle, but having used ISRs for a while, I've never heard rattling, loaded or not.

Why worry about the legs on a 20k hitch if that's what it's rated for? Personally, I'd get something that will work for now, and then sell the setup and get what you really want once it comes out.

Air Ride Suspension Hitch

Very soon we will order a 2014 RAM 3500 DRW. Just as soon as the Supplemental Air Suspension system is available, which is expected mid March. The Hensley hitch system is fully adjustable and from what I can determine will fit the RAM factory location points. Secondly, has anyone experience with the Hensley air hitch? In particular the Model TS3 rated 20#'s is what we are considering for a 17# Lifestyle. Hensley also manufacturers a non-air hitch that is fully adjustable. The web site it trailersaver.
