2002 Prowler Lynx wall mounted paintings - removal?

Hello. We've just purchased our first trailer, and would like to make it "our own". The decor, as a whole, isn't bad, but there are three rather hideous paintings, in yellow and grey, mounted on the walls. They take up space that could be used for hanging things, or displaying our own photos or art. But, I have no idea how they are mounted to the wall and don't want to rip them off if I'm going to be facing a major repair job. Has anyone dealt with these sorts of mounted canvases? I would appreciate your advice.

If anyone else has this issue, the paintings were pinned into the wall with straight nails from an airgun. I pulled them straight off with only minor pinholes left in the walls.
