I have owned a Aerolite Cub 2005 #236 since June of 05'. With the end of this camping season we have about 200+ nights in her. They made the #236 floor plan up till the 06' model year. To me and my wife it is a great layout. So much counter space and tons of cabinets. I have all the factory brochures for the Aerolites from 05' and up. Looking at my 05' brochure it says the following for the 05' #236:

*unloaded vehicle wt. 3728,
*GVWR 4840,
*net cargo cap. 1112,
*ext length 24'4",
*width 8',
*height with AC 9'4",
*fresh water 46 gallons (very large for trailer this size),
*gray water 34 gal.,
*Black water 22 gal.,

I estimate loaded we at 450 hitch weight and maybe 4500 lbs. fully loaded.
