Any info on Trail Manors?

I'm looking to possibly purchase a used or gently loved Trailmanor. I had a starcraft pop up with hard sides as a kid. I can only tow about 3,000lbs. I want the safety of a solid trailer with the tow ability of a pop up. Back in the day it would have been a Hi Lo. Now it is trail manor. Any problems I should be on the look out for ? Thx.
