Cruiser fun finder travel trailer

I'm thinking of purchasing an 18 foot Cruiser Fun Finder travel trailer but question if my 2007 Nissan Frontier can tow it. My Nissan is a 4 WD V6 with a 265 horse engine and GVW of 5800#. The tow hitch on the pickup is rated at 500# and 5000# capacity. The travel trailer specs are GVW 3100# unloaded with a "dry" hitch weight at 310, I believe. The travel trailer has a tandum axle. My math says I should be ok but am looking for a second opinion. The unit would be used by my wife and I, total about 300#, with very limited cargo. Any thoughts?
