New owners at the Peek (2013). They finally finished remodeling the Inn at the Peek. They have a deal before X-Mas. Buy a night at the inn and get up to 4 lift tickets per day. Yes, Holiday Valley has far more challenging slopes, but they get a whole lot more traffic. Thus they make a very hard surface, that they never seem to groom out flat. At the Peek, A can be skiing patches of groomed 5-6 hours after they open. HV, it's gone in 30 minutes...But nothing compares to Vail.....( Vail 13' pics) be going there since the mid 80's....

Wildwoods are nice. I personally haven't ever cared much for the outside appearance but the inside and amenities are great for the price usually.

I have never camped in the winter. Cold fall/spring sure but never in winter with snow. What are some things to keep in mind on how that's different? Also do you heat your rig all day while on the slopes or do you just turn it all on when you get back?

Since we have only a hybrid travel trailer, here in NE. OH. we will camp as late as Thanksgiving weekend. My next RV I'm hoping to get a 4 season RV like a Arctic Fox ....to be able to camp / stay at a ski area (NY, CO.)
