Hard sides and slides add a lot of weight. Regular hybrids would work best for you. There are models with 3 tip outs ,so you get a lot of sleeping capacity without sacrificing floor space.

Our 05 Trail Vision is a three Pop-out model w/2 full size pop-outs on the R/end and L/end, and 1 Queeen Pop-out in front. Wt 4500#, and 23' long. Full size bathrm, Sleeper couch, Dinette that converts to sleeper. Stove, Frig, A/C... Pull w/f-150 camp mostly in Mtns. If wife and I are w/o G/Kids, we don't need to "pop" out other beds. Use the couch and Dinette. Very handy trailer..

We have a 2012 Jayco Jayfeather Ultra Light 23' that we pull with a 2005 Lincoln Navigator. It will sleep 6 easily and has a full solid slide out.

It's a Jayco 2010EXP21M.

Just wondering where you got your steps for the bed? We have a dachshund who needs steps to get into bed.

I realize this is an old thread but take a look at Trailmanor. We owned two and they are a great product.
