Hi All, regarding TearDrops

I might be back in the RVing "running" since I may have enough after all, to buy my own teardrop, and, travel with my family. They are retired truckdrivers and have a big truck and pull a 5th wheel. They are headed for Arizona pretty soon, like within a month.

I want to try and get leads on used teardrops. I just don't have a lot to start out on. But I have an online business I am working on, graduating from college with a 4. GPA, and should be able to work as I go. I don't want anything permanent with work so will take short-term and I realize I will need to scope out jobs before I go of course. I do mostly accounts payable, or, any office assistant, etc.

I am excited but this is hard because I have X amount saved up that I can spend on either a trailer or rent an apt. yuck:(

Any ideas on where to look for trailers etc. are appreciated. I could do a popup but not secure if I end up camping alone somewhere. As long as I am with my sister I'm ok to use there trailer for all but sleeping etc.

Denise

Denise There are quite a number of single lady teardrop owners, some of whom have built their own. My recommendation is that you start with the Teardrop & Tiny Travel Trailer forum Teardrops n Tiny Travel Trailers • Index page There are often lead on used teardrops. Tears can be as elaborate or as simple as you wish (ours is at the far end of elaborate). There are a number of gatherings of Tearjerkers index around the country/world and it some times helps to see what other folks have and just get to know a great group of folks that have only the small trailer in common. If you wish to I can direct you to manufacturers.

TearJerkers is an international organization with a number of state organizations i.e. we are members of the Buckeye chapter. There are a number of gatherings and the Central American Gathering in Indiana already has 110+ tears registered.
