How in the world.. Aerolite Cub Expandable Beds

Lovin our 2000 Cub 16 but Folding the beds in (neatly) is a challenge. Resembles 2 monkeys stuffing giant sleeping bag into small stuff sack. As well engineered as this trailer is, I have to believe that there is a "proper" procedure designed in. The owner manual is absolutely no help. Can anyone point me toward some actual documentation for the procedure. Thanks in advance!

We have a 05' Cub...Are you trying to do it with one person or two? Yes, any owners manual is worth-less.

O by the way

Superslif.. Thanks for the back!

Superslif.. Thanks for the back. We can fold either bed fairly quickly, usually two, occasionally 1. Problem is, when we go inside, things are hanging in a big bunch. As a design engineer with OCD, it drives me frantic. I just know that somewhere there exists a plan that allows the whole thing to fold vertical, straight and true, hidden behind the drapes. Wishful thinking?? ..Ron

In ours the rear bunk when folded up rests against the bathroom wall as in this picture (rear bunk) The front bunk when closed up has two bungy cords that criss / cross each other and hold the mattress in a vertical position. Doesn't bother us....

Once we back into our campsite, it's about 20 minutes to be fully set up, including lawn chairs, patio mat.....
