Hydraulic problem Travelite Hilo

Hello once again group
I have encountered a small problem with this "new to me" camper.
It is raising quite well and speedy, however it was lowering very slow, taking about 4 minutes to lower.
I found the instructions to adjust the speed by setting the adjusting screw, but now it won't go down with the switch. The solenoid is working and once you manually release the valve once it will lower with the switch. It acts like a hydraulic pressure lock, and once released it disappears.
I held the manual lower valve open while the raise switch was engaged and let the pump try to clear the valve as per instructions but that doesn't help.
It is a minor problem, but annoying. I can lower it with the manual release but this has me puzzled.
Thanks for listening

I will answer this one myself. Once the valve is adjusted properly it will work fine. I had the adjuctment screw set to max down and that was causing a pressure lock. After sitting all night it worked so I started turning the adjusting screw so there was less solonoid stroke and that solved the problem.
