Insulating Hybrid for hunting season

I have a 2002 Aerolite Aero Cub C236 that I'm using for hunting season and need suggestions on what to cover the bunk ends with for the winter here in north Georgia. Most winters we don't get much snow but do get freezing rain and ice some. I want to leave the bunks open because it's too much moving things around to open and close them every time. I'm going to skirt it using insulating board but not sure what to do about bunks ends. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

We used reflectix in our hybrid in cold weather but that isn't going to help your "roof". Another thing that helped while sleeping is electric blankets under the mattress; the heat rises right through the mattress to keep you warm.

I'm using reflectix in the bunk windows and will be skirting off the bunks and camper but my concern is covering the bunk ends to keep ice and such off of them.

We had a Aerolite 236 also (2005). We owned it from 2005 to 2012. Camping in the summer heat in a full sun spot I used Reflectix on the top of the bunk ends. I just cut pieces to size and used a spring clamp to hold them. For extended winter camping I would use the reflectix and then a trap on top of that and spring clamp both at the bunk door lip...

That was one reason we just bought a Timber Ridge (Outdoors RV) for it's 4-season use ability.

When heating the RV you are going to get a bunch of water droplets dropping from the inside bunk ends. Use a old bath towel to wipe down once or twice a day and crack a window.
