Most important if buying used is to make sure the unit is inspected by a certified RV inspection facility. We recently sold our Jayco Jay Flight 27BH 2005 and unknowingly it had a leaky roof. We had only taken it out 4 times and covered it for some time. The interior showed no signs of this as it smelled like new and looked like new! Our buyer found severe damage however after they had taken it home and over the weekend they were cleaning the exterior and found cracks on roof seal. The damage was very extensive. The roof will have to totally be replaced to the tune of $5,000! Jayco refuses to do anything as the camper is out of warranty. Don't let this happen to you. Roofs are apparently a problem on all units! Protect your unit no matter new or old!
