Newbie: New mattress for hybrid?

We are the proud new owners of an Apex 16RBX. The trailer came with air mattresses from the previous owner, we were thinking we may replace the main bunk with an actual mattress. Since it is a tent bed, what have you all found within the 4-6" range that may actually be comfortable?

We have a 5" firm foam mattress from the Chair Cushion, Boat Cushions, Replacement Cushions, Patio Cushion
Many have said they do not like memory foam as it is either too hot/cold/not breathable.

Smile Mattress

I have a 2004 R-Vision C19 hybrid. I purchased it last year. The extensions are queen and twin beds. Could not get it to close up properly so I got rid of the mattresses and purchased two aero beds (proper sizes). Just finished 42 days in Alaska. Everything was perfect.
