Prepare 1984 Skylark Park Model for moving to new site

Seventeen years ago I bought a 1984 Skylark park model and moved it to my site. Now I would like to move it to a different site 600 miles away. I remember some of the process of collapsing the "slide" but have some questions. Anyone have a manual or remember preparing one of these units for moving?

At the minimum I'd put new tires on it, remove and inspect wheel bearings, brakes, etc. You'll have to check wiring for tail lights, etc. If the slide hasn't been retracted in a long time, you'll have to check that out as well, make sure it retracts and locks in place for travel.
