Now that is gutsy. Asking if anyone has problems after you bought your trailer lol. I don't have one but couldn't resist commenting. Best of luck with your new unit, it's always fun breaking in a newly acquired rv.

LOL! I know. I didn't find this forum till after I bought it. I figured that better later than never.

The unit is really clean, was well taken care of! Everthing works from what I can tell. No sign of leaks that I can find. A 25 year old dealer and apparently having problems. They are trying to clear the lot of all units they own and just keep consignments for the winter. I got this unit for $3500.00 which I don't think is a bad price?

Now I am trying to see what problems I can expect. You can see it at:

Yes you are right, it does look good. You may have gotten a steal here. That is a very good price for all that trailer. So good, I might want to contact law enforcement and have their drug dog do a sweep

I know the owner was really upset with the salesman! It is a family business, mother is owner, father manages the shop and son is in charge of sales. When I went to pick it up the mother offered me my deposit back 2 minutes after I got there because there were things I wanted done. Of course the son took the day off so I could not argue with him about what he said. I know, my fault, should have had everything in writing. I did have the important things like the brake control in writing. I ended up getting most of it but had to fight for them. It was all little things.

I subscribe to an RV newsletter. Based on my last light hearted reply to this thread, I thought you may find the article "China Grove" interesting. Here is the link: RV Travel Newsletter: September 29. Issue 553 | RV Travel.

Yes, interesting! Amaizing it got away from customs, unless there is someone doing side jobs at customs?

I bet the street value is more than the cost of his unit!

When I bought my sand rail, the mother tried to up the quoted and written prices of the accessories I had added. Told her she can't do that. End of conversation. From what I hear, she did that to other people. Not my fault it took her son 5 months to build my rail and the cost of the parts went up.
