Warranty Service-Rockwood Roo in So. Cal

My husband and I are very interested in a 23ss Rockwood Roo as our first RV. I have a worry though...in looking at reviews of our Dealer for warranty service, I find only very bad reviews. Any suggestions as to where I should look for service or should I move to another brand of RV?

you don't have to take it to them but it could be difficult to take it to another FR dealer.
is there another Roo dealer nearby? if not, how about a Shamrock dealer. the Shamrock is the twin to the Roo and they have the same floorplans.

i called FR and they found other dealers that were willing to do the warranty work, since i got tired of the inflated prices out here and got my 23SS from a dealer in Chicago. in fact, one of the dealers didn't even sell any FR products but did warranty work for them.
